I have these "friends", if I can even can them friends
They do not understand why I don't want to go out with them,
not because I don't like them, but I don't wanna spend my time outside
I am better alone, at home, watching my favorite shows, writing, reading.
Those stuff are the things that makes me feel fine.
When I am with other people I feel anxious
I feel the need to fit in
I feel I have to exert so much effort just for them to like me.
...and it makes me very anxious.
I dont think I belong to any group.
I belong to myself, I belong to my daughter
...and that, they dont understand.
:(

Repost: Depression
Hello people of cyberspace~
This morning I was told someone our family knew committed suicide.
I'm not asking why...but "What the heck was going on his mind when he committed such act"
Everyday we are victims of stress; anxiety and any word that is synonymous to it.
It is up to us how we handle each situation. If we are weak and we don't have someone to pour out our emotions to, well maybe we will go crazy thinking about it......and maybe, just maybe that happened to those victims of suicide.
Probably you already heard this hundred, thousand times, but ......All those troubled minds of these people need someone who will listen to them and not judge them,Yeah, maybe you feel good when you make fun of other people's problems or flaws.
YOU! and only your foolish friends, yes~But that person you are laughing at, is he/she laughing??
If they're not, I don''t think it's a joke.
It's humiliating someone.
In a simple, popular term - BULLYING!
So next time you make fun of others, make sure they are in to it.
You will never know if such person is having a depression, even when its just sadness eventually when neglected, it will lead to a state where they will feel the world is against them, thus depression kicks in.
How about you dear reader, in your opinion...why do they opt to suicide, those depressed souls?
Anyway, we will never know.
Confused ?
Have you ever have those moments where you just can't explain how you feel?
There is something bothering you but you just can't seem to tell what or who it is?
Well, maybe most of us feel that way. How can you cope?
